The Telekom Baskets Bonn have qualified for the cup quarter-finals of the Basketball Bundesliga. ratiopharm Ulm and the Niners Chemnitz are also in the next round.
On Saturday (October 14th, 2023), the Baskets from Bonn defeated the MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg away from home with 80:79 (34:46) – despite a 16-point deficit in the second half. Savion Flagg (11 points) hit the game-winning basket in the final second.
Missed the first ten threes

The Niners Chemnitz eliminated the only second division team represented in the round of 16 and defeated the Jobstairs Gießen 46ers at home with 89:64 (49:30). The Saxons never trailed once and the hosts forced 24 turnovers throughout the game. Kaza Kajami-Keane led Chemnitz with 24 points.
