Telekom Baskets Bonn have defended their lead in the basketball Bundesliga. But it was a tough struggle against Brose Bamberg for a long time.
Bonn, who came second in the main round last year, also won his second game of the season on Saturday evening (October 8th, 2022) after a significant increase in performance in the second half 84:76 (39:43) against Bamberg.

The Syntainics MBC from Weißenfels beat the Würzburg Baskets away with 117:113 (56:44) after double overtime. First, in the final second of the fourth quarter, Kris Clyburn saved the Weißenfelser with a three into the first overtime, where Lamont Jones also managed to equalize with a three in the last second to make it 102:102.
Jones took over again in the second overtime: the MBC guard scored ten of his 30 points in the last five minutes.
Hamburg defeats Bayreuth
