The basketball players from Alba Berlin suffered a defeat against the Greek champions Olympiakos Piraeus at the end of the first half of the season in the Euroleague.
Alba Berlin ended the first half of the Euroleague with a home defeat. In front of more than 11,200 spectators in the Arena at Ostbahnhof, Alba lost 67:94 to Olympiacos Piraeus on Friday evening.
In 17 games in the premier class, Alba only won three wins and remains second to last in the table. The best Berlin throwers were Matt Thomas with 15 and Matteo Spagnolo with eleven points.
