Trabzonspor Club President Ahmet Ağaoğlu said that they met with UEFA officials before the first match to be played with Switzerland’s Basel team on Thursday, February 16 in the UEFA Conference League play-off round, and that their work is in the form of the match.
Ağaoğlu stated that UEFA officials asked them if there was a problem in the city related to the earthquake.
Stating that they told UEFA that the city was not affected by the earthquake, Ağaoğlu said, “‘You know the situation mentally as well.’ We said. If there is no problem in the physical conditions, UEFA plays the match. We will start the preparations for this match tomorrow. said.
Ağaoğlu noted that they sent the third truck and team bus yesterday, carrying life supplies to the earthquake area, and that they will continue to provide aid to the region in a controlled manner in line with the essential demands of AFAD.
TEAM BUS BRINGS EARTHQUAKE VICTIMS
Trabzonspor Club’s team bus brings 40 earthquake victims from the earthquake zone to Trabzon. The earthquake victims, who will come to Trabzon by bus that will depart from Malatya this evening, will be placed in suitable places in the city.
Trabzonspor Club will also host 55 earthquake victims, 25 girls and 30 boys, at Trabzonspor Kadir Özcan Youth Development Center and Özkan Sümer Football Academy.
