Construction entrepreneur Bart Versluys was robbed of a very expensive watch not once, but twice last year. In August 2022, two perpetrators made off with a watch worth 350,000 euros. That happened on Albertplein in Knokke. Striking: a few months earlier, almost the same thing happened in Ostend. The perpetrators have now been convicted by the criminal court.
