The nitrogen fuss has left deep wounds in the Flemish government. That is what Deputy Prime Minister Bart Somers (Open Vld) says in ‘De Tijd’. The liberal seems to place the responsibility for this on coalition partner CD&V. Nevertheless, the minister remains hopeful: “It would be crazy to go into hibernation a year before the elections.”
