The Court of Cassation has called back mayor Bart De Wever. De Wever had linked it to a Driver Improvement course when a seized vehicle was released, but he is not allowed to do that. That decision did not come after a complaint or appeal, but after its own ‘investigation’ by the Court of Cassation.
