Korbalclub Blauw-Wit brings back former trainer/coach Barry Schep. He will succeed Erik van Brenk after this season and will form a duo with Mark van der Laan.
Schep was in charge of Blauw-Wit from 2014 to 2019. The highlight was reaching the final for the national title in 2017 in the Ziggo Dome. TOP turned out to be too strong in this. The team from Amsterdam did become champions on the field that year. Schep moved to Dalto in 2019.

Last Saturday, the club announced that the contract with Van Brenk, who was in his second season, was not extended. Tonight, the club says it has opted for ‘an experienced trainer who also knows the club well’. The objective is to return to the top of the Korfball League.
In the current season, Blauw-Wit occupies eighth place in the Korfball League. Next Saturday Koog Zaandijk is the opponent.
