Barco is allowed to place windmills
The Kortrijk imaging specialist Barco is planning a 180-metre wind turbine on its campus at ‘t Hoge. “Wind energy helps in the fight against global warming. An action committee from the neighborhood filed objections, and the city of Kortrijk transferred the decision to the province. He now grants a permit. Appeal is still possible.
