Barcelona will install sound level meters at 11 points where residents report noise at night

The night noise suffered by residents of various areas of the city has reached the municipal plenary session of Barcelona this Friday, which has approved an ERC proposal that will lead to the installation of “sonometric controls & rdquor; in 11 points from the city.

The list of spaces in which residents report that they suffer discomfort that makes it difficult for them to rest includes these areas: Gràcia squares, Enric Granados street, the Poblenou Gulf Triangle, George Orwell square, Joaquim Costa street, Almirante Churruca street, Rogent street, Rambla del Poblenou, Allada Vermell street, Nou de la Rambla and Osca square.

The right to rest
