The industrialized construction system in cross-laminated wood will be used, which, together with the use of wood as the main material, gives the project a sustainable character. Specifically, a building with 42 flats distributed over eight floors will be built on Calle Pallars, in El Besòs, and one with 40 flats spread over nine floors on Passage de Arriasa, in the La Verneda neighbourhood.
This second development will be the tallest wooden building in Catalonia.
