No ‘Convoy of Freedom’ should pass through our country. The police will be deployed at the border from this weekend to check cars and trucks and there is a ban on demonstrations in Brussels. For the time being, however, no one knows exactly where the ‘freedom fighters’ come from and how many they will be. That is why Interior Minister Verlinden wants to nip the protest in the bud at the border: “We must be well prepared.”
