The former German basketball series champion Brose Bamberg has secured his future financially.
As the club announced, a new sole shareholder was found. This is the Schraner Group from Erlangen, which works in the field of fire alarm technology and corporate development.
It had previously become known that the eponymous auto supplier would give up its role as the sole shareholder of the Upper Franconian club at the end of the season.
Confidentiality has been agreed on all contractual details with the new partner, according to a club statement.
