No farewell for kickboxer Badr Hari, as he will return in September. The kickboxer is 38 years old and is looking forward to the fight with kickboxer James McSweeney. There is certainly something at stake during the fight, we tell you in this article.
The fight
The fight between Badr and McSweeney will take place on Saturday, September 9 at the Dome de Paris during the Glory 88. A lot depends on the fight as well. This way the winner can qualify for the GLORY Grand Prix. Badr himself announced the match on his Instagram with the text “one last time”. This probably means the last match of this impressive kickboxer.
Past time
The last time Badr Hari played was in October 2022 against Alistair Overeem. Badr lost the fight and now has seven defeats in a row in eight years. After the fight, Badr indicated that he strongly considered stopping as a kickboxer, but returns to the ring anyway. He has a lot of pressure and expectations on him because of the defeats.
