Backstreet Boys singer AJ McLean divorces his wife Rochelle DeAnna of McLean after more than 11 years of marriage.
The couple confirmed the split to TMZ. However, the McLeans emphasized in their announcement that the separation is intended to be temporary and they are not seeking an official divorce.
– Marriage is hard, but worth it. Together, we have decided to separate temporarily to work on ourselves and our marriage in the hope that we can build a stronger future, the McLeans said in the press release.
– Our plan is to get back together and continue to take care of our mutual love and family. We ask for respect and privacy. Divorce is hard without even commenting on it. Please be kind and remember that there are children involved.
AJ and Rochelle got married in December 2011. They have two daughters together, Elliott10, and Lyric6.
