Zoo cute this offspring! With the giant red kangaroos, baby happiness is peeking out of mama’s pouch.

“We estimate the age of the little hopper to be around five months,” says zoo spokeswoman Svenja Eisenbarth. “After a short gestation period of about a month, the young crawl into their mother’s pouch.”

There they will be provided with everything they need. At that time, kangaroo cubs are no bigger and heavier than a jelly bean. The parents of the little Spring-ins-field are father Stanley and mother Mary.

Between the fifth and sixth month, kangaroos then explore the area outside the safe pouch.
