The attack launched by Azerbaijan on Tuesday in the disputed ethnic Armenian enclave of Nagorno-Karabakh has already left 25 people dead, including two civilians. Gegham Stepanjan, the human rights ombudsman of the separatist region, said this on X, formerly Twitter. An Azerbaijani citizen was also killed. Azerbaijan does not respond to the Armenian separatists’ call for talks and continues to fight.
