AZ Zeno invests 30 million euros in construction and furnishings

AZ Zeno Blankenberge, together with the campuses in Knokke-Heist and Maldegem, is responsible for healthcare on the East Coast. With this investment, the entrance hall has been renovated, but the new consultation rooms are a major improvement. There is also a new information system.

It employs 1,000 people, including 140 doctors

AZ Zeno employs around a thousand people at the three addresses, including 140 doctors. The new construction makes further specialization possible. All major interventions and all hospitalizations take place at the main campus in Knokke. The Blankenberge hospital focuses on a number of niches within medicine. In the meantime, AZ Zeno Blankenberge hopes to again be eligible for specialized emergency services, which were abolished in 2018.
