Designer Lutz Huelle will be very busy during Paris Fashion Week. On September 30th he will present the new collection of his label of the same name and three days later the next collection from AZ Factory. Huelle has been chosen as the brand’s next guest designer, WWD reports, citing an exclusive press release from AZ Factory.
The collection bears the title "F for Friendship", a nod to the AZ Factory brand name, which in turn references the name of founder Alber Elbaz and the letters of the alphabet. Friendship is a recurring motif at AZ Factory: Since March, the brand has been working with various guest designers, who are consistently referred to as ‘Amigos’ in the label’s communication. AZ Factory has previously collaborated with ‘Amigos’ Thebe Magugu and design duo Ester Manas and Balthazar Delepierre.
The fashion house hasn’t announced much about the Huelle collection yet. “Although he only met our founder once and wished to get to know him better, Lutz recognizes in their common DNA a common desire for people to feel good"quoted WWD from the statement.
Huelle’s collection for AZ Factory is expected to go on sale in February.
