AZ starts with an away game on Thursday 10 March. A week later, the return is in Alkmaar.
Due to the good group stage, the Alkmaarders qualified directly for the last sixteen. The team of trainer Pascal Jansen was the strongest in a group with Randers FC, Jablonec and Cluj. FK Bodø/Glimt impressed in the group by beating AS Roma 6-1, but finished second behind the Italians.
Vitesse meets AS Roma, PSV plays against FC Copenhagen and Feyenoord meets Partizan Belgrade in the eighth finals of the Conference League.
