Axl Rose threw his microphone into the audience at a concert in Adelaide, Australia. He accidentally hit fan Rebecca Howe in the face, injuring her.

The incident happened during the last song of the concert, “Take Me Down To Paradise City”, Howe told The Advertiser newspaper. Rose got herself bowed and then threw the mic, which hit her on the bridge of the nose. Howe fell to the ground while another fan grabbed the microphone.

Howe carried away two black eyes and a broken nose. It’s unclear if she intends to take action against Rose for the assault. So far there has been no statement from Guns N’ Roses and their singer.

This isn’t the first time Gun N’ Roses have had problems with flying objects on tour. At a concert in late November, Rose berated a fan who launched a drone during the performance. The 60-year-old then apologized on Twitter for his freak out.
