For Axel Daeseleire (53) the new year started in a minor way. While on holiday in Thailand, he fell during a motorcycle ride just before New Year’s Eve, and has been in hospital ever since. “He is doing well,” says his manager. “Axel will remain there to monitor until the results of the investigations are available.”
