Chinese automaker BYD (Build Your Dreams) has denied allegations that the company is deliberately letting tens of thousands of brand-new cars rot in the wild to collect additional subsidies. Media such as the German newsmagazine Focus and car magazine TopGear report on the alleged practices. But BYD denies the allegations to this site: “It is fake news.”
