There was no winner on Sunday in an entertaining, but goalless east duel between Erzgebirge Aue and Hansa Rostock.

At the start of the new season of the 3rd division, the previous year’s fifth from Rostock and the 13th of the previous season 0: 0 (0-0) separated. With the draw, the clubs lined up in the numerous draws of the previous day, where there had been no winner six times.

At the beginning, both trainers trust six new additions. On the side of the Rostock, Lukas Wallner, who came from Hanover, indebted a penalty. However, Marvin Stefaniak failed in front of 14,800 spectators on the excellently reacting Hansa goalkeeper Benjamin Uphoff.

The FCH team bus in Zwickau had been smeared in the night before the explosive game. In large red and white letters, the lettering “FSV” was emblazoned on one side, on the other there was a derogatory name for the Erzgebirgler.

The supporters of Aue and Zwickau have been hostile for years. A few weeks ago, the FSV team bus was also supposedly smeared with blue and white initials “FCH” by Hansa fans.

In the second Sunday game, Viktoria Köln defeated the promoted 1. FC Schweinfurt 2-0 (0-0) and ensured the first victory of the weekend. Relegation SSV Ulm lost to WHE Wiesbaden at the game day closing with 1: 3 (0: 1).
