A 20-year-old man from Rotterdam has been arrested for involvement in attacks on two houses in Den Bosch. At the end of July, explosives were detonated at two homes in the Maaspoort district. The first was probably a mistake. The second was at the house of Klaas Otto’s new girlfriend.
The detectives started a major investigation into both explosions. There were no injuries, but the damage was enormous. During the investigation, the 20-year-old suspect came into the picture. On Thursday evening at a quarter to nine he was arrested by Belgian agents at a train station in Brussels. According to the police, a surrender procedure has been started to get him to the Netherlands.
The first explosion was on Tuesday night, July 26, at a house on the Goedenrade in Den Bosch. The damage to one house is enormous. The family that slept there will be accommodated elsewhere. Everything looks like a mistake. A ‘normal family’ with two young children would live in the house. To restore safety and tranquility, large camera columns will be installed.

Four days later, it happened again in De Maaspoort. Now at a house on the Stapelen, which has the same house number as the house where an explosion took place earlier. This is the house where Gracia K. lives, who recently started a relationship with the well-known criminal Klaas Otto. K. also has a criminal past.
The municipality of Den Bosch imposed a restraining order on both of them. That ended this week. Since then, they have been allowed to return to the house at the Stapelen.
