Attac is fighting in a Berlin court for the release of documents

The anti-globalization network Attac has been fighting for its non-profit status in various courts for years. In the morning, the administrative court in Berlin will also deal with the case. It is about the question of whether the Federal Ministry of Finance has to issue further documents for communication between the Ministry and the Federal Fiscal Court in the context of the procedure for the deprivation of non-profit status. From Attac’s point of view, the ministry refuses to disclose key parts of its communications.
