Atomium used to be close by heat (and that is only second time ever) – second dead dead in Italy: worker dies while he is working in sun

We get a hot day. According to the RMI, the mercury can rise locally to no less than 38 degrees. Possibly the day record even died, according to our weatherman David Dehenauw. In Flanders (with the exception of the coast) and Brussels, code orange is in force for the heat. Drink enough, avoid heavy efforts and be alert to vulnerable groups, such as the elderly and children. Follow all weather developments here.
