A deal in the pipeline with a US fund, should be finalized in a few days
Agreement found for the sale of Atalanta’s majority stake to American investors. The Percassi family remains the owner of 45% of the shares and retains the management of the club: with Luca Percassi confirmed as CEO. The new owners (who own 55%) invest on a personal basis, using the financial instruments of a reference fund. Signatures are expected shortly: the announcement of an operation in which the Bergamo-based company is valued at around 500 million is already expected by Monday.
