«I wake up and, being careful not to make any noise so as not to disturb my son and my husband, I go to have breakfast in the kitchen. It is not easy to swallow anything other than coffee at this time, but I realized with experience that a good diet is essential to be able to face the day.
Around 5 am I take our dog, Fiore, for a walk, who is still a puppy and cannot stay long without going out. I come home, read three newspapers and start exchanging messages with the authors of One morning. I have been working on this historic RaiUno program for two years, I am happy and proud, and the schedules do not bother me ».
6 o’clock
At about 7.10 am the live broadcast of the program begins, where I am the author and presenter together with Marco Frittella, and we go on until about 10. The audience data of the previous day usually arrives immediately after, to which we pay great attention. One morning it is a historic program – it was born in 1986 – and of great success, which in the second part has an average audience of 18 per cent ».

“The editorial meeting begins to broadly set the next day’s episode even if, it must be said, we are always in contact and ready to change the lineup according to the events. We have the collaboration of Tg1, and we can update at any time. One morning it opens with a photo or a video of the day, then we present the agenda and we have a part of economic news or service policy. After Tg1 at 8 o’clock the audience changes, those who stay at home follow us. We have pages with stories that come from society, finally we close with a part of culture or customs ».
12 o’clock
“After the meeting, I leave Rai, do some errands and go home. I have an early lunch, then I have some free time and I watch a TV series or a film; the last was Dunes. Or I read something for work. I am often alone, but sometimes I cross paths with my husband, a journalist in a newspaper, who may have done the editorial meeting remotely and has yet to come out. Our life is made up of joints – we never see each other in the evening because he works – but we managed to find a balance. We recover on the weekend. On Sundays I keep in touch with the team of One morningfor the Monday episode ».
3.30 pm
«I’m going to pick up my 4-year-old son Giulio from the nursery school. After a break for a snack at the bar, if the weather is good let’s go for a walk: we recently went to the basilica of S.Agostino to see the Madonna of the Pilgrims by Caravaggio, because my son has decided that he will be an artist and is already passionate about painting. Another time we went to Explora, the children’s museum in Rome. A couple of times a week I take him to the swimming pool ».
19.30
“Giulio and I have dinner early, in the evening we are tired. At 21 we are already in bed, and there is no time for TV ».
