It is not only Pavlidis who walks around the Alkmaar club with a smile. Bruno Martin’s Indi also shines from ear to ear again. The central defender spent a year recovering from an upper leg injury. Last weekend he finally returned to action. “He is now really part of the selection again,” Jansen says about Martins Indi. This season he opts for Alexandre Penetra and Riechedly Bazoer in the center back. “He’ll have to fight his way back in.”

AZ and PSV are the only teams in the Premier League that have collected the maximum number of points. The Eindhoven club will also be in action tomorrow evening. At home at 6.45 pm against Go Ahead Eagles. And the kick-off between AZ and Heracles is shortly afterwards at 8 p.m.
