The Belgian asylum reception is under high tension. Fedasil has already been convicted at least 1,216 times this year for not being able to provide enough sleeping space – threatening the Belgian state with serious penalties. Just as the problem is becoming more acute again: migration to Europe – and to Belgium in particular – is increasing again.
