Due to the lack of reception places, Fedasil has now also had to refuse people who apply for asylum in a family context. This was reported by the newspapers De Morgen and De Tijd and was confirmed to the Belga news agency by Fedasil and Vluchtelingenwerk Vlaanderen. All unaccompanied minors were given a reception place, but many families with children received the message that the centers are full. They are now looking for accommodation in hotels for these people.
