The first refugees arrive in mid-November. There will be room for about two hundred refugees, mainly women and children.
As in previous years, the shelter will only remain open for a few months. Horizon normally receives schools and groups. The municipality will inform residents soon, but emphasizes that the reception has been without problems in other years.
