Aston Villa, one of the English Premier League teams, tied the defender Diego Carlos, who played in Sevilla, to his colors.
In the statement made by the club, it was stated that an agreement was reached with Sevilla on the transfer of the 29-year-old Brazilian player.
It was also stated that Diego Carlos will sign an official contract after coming to England and undergoing a health check.
According to the Spanish media, Aston Villa will pay a transfer fee of 31 million euros to Sevilla for this transfer.
Carlos, who Sevilla added to his squad from Nantes three seasons ago, scored 6 goals in 136 matches for the Spanish representative.
