The third day of the assize trial against Ali Alhaj Mahmoud (25) and Fahmi Al Achqar (22) is already starting with a delay. Normally the investigating judge would testify on Monday, but due to the thorough explanation of the detectives, his testimony was postponed until this morning. And while there were already quite a few testimonies on the programme, including those of medical doctor Jacobs and Daniël’s mother and aunt.
