From Senegal to Spain, the 2005 player started as a defender and then ended up as a left winger. The goals and the record in La Liga

In Spain they say that the Diao family won the lottery twice. Mossa grew up in Senegal fixing bolts to cars and repairing bodywork. Before arriving in Badajoz, in the autonomous province of Extremadura, he crossed Libya, Tunisia and Morocco. In Africa, he hadn’t worked for eight months due to an accident suffered during his exhausting days. He had problems with one eye, he was always at home, almost depressed because he was no longer able to support his family. He chose to try his luck by buying a lottery ticket, that time luck was on his side. The money he won helped him get through the bad times. A few years later, the second jackpot fell to his son Assane: born in 2005, left winger of Betis Seville.
