“Who should I believe?” Eldest daughter Gwendoline (34) is still full of questions 36 hours after the phone call about the death of her father Danny Delaere (57). Today, the autopsy showed that the man from Deerlijk died of suffocation during a skirmish. His wife – not Gwendoline’s mother – and adult son and daughter were arrested. “I hope to soon know how exactly my daddy died,” sighs Gwendoline. The wife has now been arrested, the daughter and son have been released.
