Surveillance footage shows how she not only frees the woman in the back seat of the car, but also manages to obtain and load a semi-automatic rifle.
The police say that the woman was arrested for strange behavior and that she would not even be arrested. But that quickly changed when she took off her handcuffs, which police say were properly fitted after all.
