Firefighters have moved to the area since the subject had threatened to set fire to the building
The Ertzaintza has arrested the man who for six hours barricaded himself with an ax and a machete in his house in Vitoria, a building in the Casco Viejo in which it has caused a small fire without major consequences in addition to other material damage.
