The Mossos d’Esquadra have arrested a Catalan police officer accused of try to kill his wife in Vilassar de Dalt (Maresmé, Barcelona).

According to sources close to the case, the events occurred around 1:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Women’s Day, when the man allegedly tried to kill his partner, for reasons that are being investigated. Always according to the first versions, it would have been the same agent who would have called the police to ensure that the woman had cut herself.
The Mossos have arrested the suspect, a Catalan police officer, for a crime of attempted murder, while the woman has been treated by emergency teams.
