The police of the American city of Indianapolis arrested a 22-year-old suspect on Monday because of the shooting Saturday that killed Dutch commando Simmie Poetsema (26) and injured two others. Shamar Duncan is suspected of murder, police said. The prosecutor has yet to decide whether Duncan will be officially charged.
