A threat took place last night in a catering business in Assen with what initially appeared to be a firearm. Later it turned out to be an alarm revolver.
The police have arrested one person. The weapon has been confiscated. According to the police, the gun is indistinguishable from the real thing and therefore suitable for threatening someone.
The public prosecutor will look at what should be done with the weapon.
