A suspected motorcycle thief was arrested on Wednesday night. According to the police, the 22-year-old and two still unknown accomplices stole a two-wheeler from a 37-year-old on Hoeppnerstrasse in Tempelhof and loaded it into a van. He then drove away in the van without the two accomplices – but was later stopped and arrested by alerted officials. After the end of the police measures, he was released in consultation with the Berlin public prosecutor’s office. The investigation is ongoing.
