The Berlin police have so far registered 937 crimes and identified 368 suspects in connection with the terrorist attack by the Islamist Hamas on Israel.

The authority announced this on Monday.

According to a report by “Business Insider”, around half of the suspects are German. However, the portal refers to police figures, which, according to an authority spokeswoman, refer to the deadline of October 26th.

At this point, 166 of the 304 suspects were German, some with dual citizenship.

According to the information, other suspects from the Middle East or the Arab region come from Syria (32), Lebanon (7), Egypt (4), the Palestinian territories (3), Jordan (2) and Libya (1). There are also around 20 EU citizens and a dozen Americans, Brits, Swiss, Mexicans, Turks and Norwegians. According to police, two suspects are Israelis.

According to “Business Insider,” the statistics do not indicate whether the suspects are refugees or asylum seekers.

Anti-Semitic incidents in Berlin have increased significantly since the terrorist attack on Israel by the Islamist Hamas. There have also been several outbreaks of violence at pro-Palestinian rallies or banned demonstrations.

However, police statistics show all incidents that are related to the terrorist attack on Israel and the Gaza war.
