A bodybuilding legend Arnold Schwarzenegger has taken a firm stance on the sport’s big problem, i.e. the use of steroids and other substances.

However, Schwarzenegger also reminded that many other sports also involve risks at the top level and that bodybuilding has many positive effects if the training is not taken too far.
