Matteo Arnaldi and Andrey Rublev reach the second round after getting the better of Ramos and Popyrin in two sets respectively. There is no career precedent between the two, but for the main betting sites there is a clear favourite.

Arnaldi, number 46 in the ATP rankings, despite having won 2-0 in the first round, did not seem particularly brilliant against the thirty-five-year-old Ramos Vinolas, having only prevailed in a tiebreak in both sets. No technical-tactical clues, as there is no precedent, but based on experience, caliber and state of form it is possible to think that the Russian could prevail in two sets, an event quoted at 1.57 on Better and Goldbet, 1.60 on Snai and 1.62 on bet365 and William Hill.
