“Any other national team wouldn’t have called me up to the World Cup. I only played 64 minutes in the season: being here is a miracle. I have to proceed one step at a time, without putting pressure on myself. It would be useless. Scoring against Croatia in a friendly was emotional… but against Tunisia I was even more emotional. It would have been my father’s birthday. I felt like crying, but luckily I didn’t.”
