The Caucasus countries of Armenia and Azerbaijan are to start peace negotiations over the protracted conflict over the Nagorno-Karabakh region. At a meeting between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinjan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Brussels yesterday, the two agreed to set up a committee before the end of April. The meeting was hosted by Charles Michel, President of the European Council.
