Without any suspicion, countless tourists strolled through the streets of Paris on Saturday evening, along the Seine illuminated by the nearby Eiffel Tower. What they did not know is that 26-year-old Armand RM was ready at that moment to cause a massacre. Armed with a knife and hammer, the man – who was known to the intelligence services – struck several times. Two people were injured: a 23-year-old German man did not survive the attack.
