During an armed robbery at restaurant La Cubanita aan het Noord in Schagen, two boys tried to rob the staff of the day’s proceeds. That happened last night around a quarter past eleven. The robbers were wearing balaclavas and carrying a stabbing weapon. The police are looking for camera images from that evening.
The two young robbers entered the business armed with a stabbing weapon. When it turned out that the cash register was empty, they left on foot. The police are investigating the neighborhood and asking local residents and entrepreneurs to share camera images. Victim Support has been called in to provide assistance to the staff of La Cubanita.

Despite the balaclavas, the restaurant employees were able to give a good description. It concerns two boys of approximately 16 years old. Light skin color and dark clothes. One boy was noticeably thin and about 1.85 meters tall, wearing black sneakers. The other one, 1.75 meters tall, was wearing white sneakers.
